What This Service Is

functionalcapacityassessment.com.au is an independent service that connects people who need an NDIS functional capacity assessment with occupational therapy and allied health practices that do them. We're not a provider, we don't do assessments ourselves, and we're not part of the NDIA or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

Information on This Website

Our guides are general information, checked against official sources at the date shown on each page. They aren't legal, financial or planning advice for your situation. Rules, prices and funding change, so check with your support coordinator, plan manager, the practice or the NDIS before making decisions.

Practices

Practices we connect you with are independent businesses. They're responsible for their assessments, reports, fees and service agreements with you. You're free to choose whether to go ahead with any practice. We check practices against our standards, but we can't guarantee availability, suitability, the quality of their services or any NDIA decision.

Practices pay us for introductions. You don't pay us anything.

Using the Website

• Give accurate information, and only submit someone else's details with their agreement.
• Don't misuse the website, including submitting spam or trying to interfere with how it works.

Emergencies

This service is for arranging an assessment, not for emergencies. If someone is at immediate risk of harm, call 000.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for loss arising from the services of practices we connect you with.
