For occupational therapy and allied health practices
FCA Enquiries That Are Ready to Book
We connect NDIS participants, families and support coordinators with practices that do functional capacity assessments. Each enquiry comes with what the FCA is for, the person's age, funding and plan management, postcode, in person or telehealth, and any deadline, so you can tell quickly whether it fits your caseload.
How It Works for Practices
- Each enquiry says who the FCA is for and their age group, the purpose (access, reassessment, SIL or SDA, AT, review), NDIS funding and plan management, postcode, in person or telehealth, and the deadline
- Each enquiry goes to one practice at a time, never to a group
- You only get enquiries for the ages, areas and delivery modes you take, while you have space
- You pay per introduction. We'll take you through pricing when we talk
We only work with practices whose practitioners are registered with Ahpra, and we note NDIS registration so NDIA-managed participants only go to registered providers. See how we choose practices.
Pricing and Claiming
Price limits for 2026-27 are in the NDIS Pricing Schedule, effective 24 September 2026. Our page on what an FCA costs summarises the occupational therapy limits, and the NDIA's pricing arrangements page has the full schedule.
